Turo and Kai are prison buddies.
Kai offers Turo a job the latter could claim when he is released form prison.
Kai belongs to the inner circle of the Chinese Triad, he hires Turo as his bodyguard.
Turo saves him and his family from a wipe-out strike by a rival gang.
Kai's daughter also falls for Turo.
But Turo is in fact Lt. Vergara who is out to catch all the Triad members.
